The
Selayang wholesale market is wet, smelly,
crowded, noisy and a hive of activities
at 3 o'clock in the morning. To an outsider,
the atmosphere is almost surreal.

The swivel screen of the G1 enables
easy hip level shooting. A wide angle
attachment lens (Canon 0.7) was used
to keep both the foreground and background
in focus. Picture was rendered sepia
except for traces of red and white on
the bottom left.
