After chancing upon a Martian
sunset
recently, I was fortunate this time
to be able to witness a beautiful sunrise
on the opposite end of the peninsular
at Cherating beach, overlooking the
South China Sea.

My camera
assistant-cum-model, Pooi
San (left) suddenly declares
herself 'unphotogenic' when she realised
she had only 2 hours of sleep. I had
originally planned to test the new camera's
fill-in flash feature but happily settled
for this "time lapse' series. All
pics straight out of the camera with
no tweaking except normal sharpening
and size reduction for web
display.
