My collaborator Johnny Ong is back after seven months of self-imposed exile
in Tibet. The title of our cartoon series is now shortened to make life easier
for him when he returns to monkhood.
Over the weekend, we chewed freeze
dried roti canai, sucked teh tarik from aluminum toothpaste-type tubes and pondered
about gravity. The Pagoda singlet, batik sarong and unstrapped helmet may be worthy
Malaysian symbols but some things
are better left on earth. Igor won't be very pleased when a fish head starts chasing
him around...
