Michelle
Ho flying through the air as violent
and dramatic storm clouds clash above.
A fitting backdrop to photograph this
beautiful cast member and star of M!
The Opera; a story of
love, murder and fashion.
Story: Flight
path
The Olympus FL-50 flash was used
for fill-in light. By setting it to
TTL FP (Focal Plane) mode, I was able
to create those unlikely three dimensional
shadow of her against the sky. They
are actually not shadows but motion
blur caused by the extended flash duration.
Framing the subject off-center creates
the illusion of horizontal flight.
