Advertising
on a budget. The small businessmen should be commended
for their ingenuity and resourcefulness. Any wall,
fence, lamp post, tree or just about any visible
object can be converted into a sticky advertising
medium. Call it 'free' enterprise but is there
any surface that's sacred?
