Visit Malaysia Minus 5 States Year 2008
We are pleased to announce Visit Malaysia Minus 5 States Year. The slogan Truly Asia is replaced by a more enticing one; It's Cheaper, 5 States Less (to Travel)
Why bother with the blue waters of Pangkor or Langkawi when you can swim in tea-coloured Tasik Cini? Forget about watered-down Penang laksa, try those cute tiny Seremban siew pau instead. Kuala Selangor may have a few patriotic monkeys but Johor has a much bigger ape lah. Bigfoot.
Hopefully they move the Eye Of Malaysia to Melaka as scheduled. Melaka will have a new record of having two Ferris wheels. The only other record they have is for dishing out the most datukships in a single year, I think. When I go for the Ferris wheel ride, I hope they cover up that red building or put a red dot on it. Those guys really don't know anything about boycotting Dutch products.

Are You Sleeping?
Back to work today. I officiated the opening of a nursery and had such a swell time there. The class even invited me to sing some nursery rhymes with them...
Nanny: Are you sleeping? Are you sleeping?
Kids: Da La Li, Na Na Di (sounded garbled)
Me: Doctor is now screaming, Party rules need changing
Me: Din dan gang, Jib not well
Nanny: Are you sleeping? Are you sleeping?
Kids: Ba La Li, Wa Wa Wi (garbled)
Me: Papers may be spinning, Loyalty is waning
Me: Who they sell, Time will tell
Nanny: Are you sleeping? Are you sleeping?
Kids: Bo Lo Li, Doh La Li (garbled)
Me: Better to be sleeping, Safer be home snoozing
Me: Chua bonk belle, Dong got belled
